The geographical scope of insurance coverage includes legal advice given in the Member States of the European Union and the former states of the Soviet Union.

Prof. Dr. L. Grosskopf is prohibited from concealing conflicting interests (Section 43a (4) BRAO) and will always disclose any potential conflicts of interest beforehand.

Disputes between Prof. Dr. L. Grosskopf and his clients can be settled out of court on request by the Hanseatic Law Society in Bremen under Section 73 (2) no. 3 and Section 73 (5) BRAO, or by the Federal Conciliation Body of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers (Section 191f BRAO).

Disputes on contractual obligations between Prof. Dr. L. Grosskopf and a consumer, who is a resident within the European Union, regarding a online service contract can be settled on a European platform for extrajudicial online dispute resolution (ODR platform) for an independent, impartial, transparent, effective, fast and fair extrajudicial online settlement of disputes.
